We collect the minimum data needed to run a marketplace: your email, phone (for OTP), delivery address, and order history.

We never sell buyer data to third parties. Seller media (product photos, videos, GST document) is stored in object storage under your seller account.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by writing to privacy@socimart.com.
